About Us

Mr. Brady started Brady Capital Advisors in August of 2021 after almost six years at Cornerstone Realty Capital as Executive Vice President where he originated and structured over $650MM in commercial financing with borrowers and lenders across the country. Prior to Cornerstone, Mr. Brady worked at Arbor Commercial Mortgage for just over 5 years where he was instrumental in underwriting and originating in excess of $350MM in commercial financing across the country, including Fannie Mae DUS, HUD, Freddie Mac, Bridge, Mezzanine, and CMBS loans. Mr. Brady started his career at the Claremont Companies, a privately owned commercial real estate investment, development, and asset management firm, where he performed such duties as cash flow modeling, analysis of due diligence and managing an existing real estate portfolio. He was also responsible for evaluating more than $1 billion of potential acquisitions.

Patrick is active in the communities he serves. He currently sits on the board for the Sachem Pride Alumni Foundation in Middleboro, MA where he was born and raised, and is an active member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Bridgewater State College.

Prior to joining Brady Capital Advisors, Josh worked at Torrington Properties as a Senior Analyst where he assisted the accounting team on day-to-day operations and cash management. On the analyst side, he assisted with modeling new acquisitions, dispositions, and debt placement. Prior to Torrington, Josh worked at Cornerstone Realty Capital as a Senior Analyst where he played an integral part in the financing of more than 400 transactions during his tenure. This role included underwriting an array of asset types led by multifamily, completing financing packages and communicating with different financial institutions.

Josh started his career at A.D. Makepeace Company, one of the largest private landowners in the state of Massachusetts. There, he served as a Senior Accountant and worked closely with the Controller and CFO on annual budgets and financial statement preparation.

Josh grew up in Middleboro, MA and currently resides in Walpole, MA with his family. He graduated from Bridgewater State University with a B.S. in Accounting & Finance. He enjoys spending time with family and volunteering in youth sports.

Prior to joining, he spent 6 years with Patheon, Inc., a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he held positions as an executive assistant, project manager, and finally as a sales operation’s analyst. As a project manager for the largest business unit in the network (bringing in $1.6B in revenues), Chris oversaw a major scale improvement plan due to an FDA Audit at their Cincinnati, OH facility, as well the remediation and recovery of a site in Manati, Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria hit. As the lead sales operations analyst for the Bioservices Logistics business unit, Chris managed designing, building, and implementing rules, processes, and analyzing sales targets with compensation within Salesforce for the 15-member sales team that achieved revenues of $400MM. All of these positions assisted Chris in developing an analytical, question-driven, and process-oriented mindset that continues to benefit BCA operations.

Chris currently resides in Lakeville, MA with his family. He enjoys golfing, playing the drums, and DIY projects. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bridgewater State University.

Jenny has over 15 years of highly organized administrative experience and spent the greater part of the last decade managing an Oyster Farm in Duxbury, MA. There Jenny was responsible for each facet of the operation. She fine-tuned cultivation and farming techniques to maximize production capabilities, managed the financial day to day, and nurtured broad networks of shell fishing initiatives.

Jenny received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Radford University in Virginia. Outside her professional endeavors, family, community outreach, and travel are paramount in Jenny’s life.
